BELIEVE THE HYPE:
NO ONE REPS WBB LIKE US
OUR PURPOSE IS IN OUR BAG 🎒
AND ON OUR BOX 🤝
Everything we do is grounded in our mission to elevate performance, and advance opportunties within WBB. The outer box design acknowledges inequalities of the past, while the inner box showcases the evolution.
On the outside, the blue and yellow represent the average attendance ratio at NCAA men’s (blue) versus women’s (yellow) games during the 2019 season.
The inside of the box is a packed crowd surrounding a court. It is a glimpse of the future of WBB that we are building together. We are reinvesting in WBB and its players. Over time, we will see the outer yellow take over the box.
Our purpose drives our product. Moolah isn’t just fighting for equality- we are a vehicle for equity.
Hi, my name is Natalie, and I am the founder of Moolah Kicks. I’ve played ball my entire life. I grew up in NYC, playing school, AAU, and streetball. Throughout my entire career, I felt and experienced the differences that divide men’s and women’s basketball.
I remember walking into footwear stores and seeing that there wasn’t a single sneaker option made for me. The lack of WBB sneakers had both a negative social implication, and a negative performance effect, since our feet are different from mens’. But we didn’t just need a shoe. We needed a brand that understands women’s basketball, and where we are the top priority.
MOOLAH KICKS IS THE FIRST WOMEN’S BASKETBALL BRAND. BUILT BY AND FOR FEMALE BALLERS. OUR MISSION IS TO FUEL THE HYPE, AND MAKE SNEAKERS FIT FOR FEMALE BALLERS.
While that sneaker shopping experience may have happened in the past, it won’t anymore. We’re making HISTORY with DICK’S Sporting Goods this season with the first ever WBB footwear wall. We’ve started a new wave. One that is driven by purpose and performance. One where the same players who are wearing, building, and repping Moolah Kicks are the ones benefiting from it. We’re elevating the game, defining our own culture, and providing more for WBB.
WE ARE 1 OF 1
Moolah Kicks are built differently from the inside. In the shoe manufacturing process, all sneakers are made on a “last”, which is a molded form that is shaped like a skeleton of a foot. Our last shape was crafted by professional trainers to mimic the female foot form and a basketball shape. This means our sneakers biomechanically support the female foot form, and should decrease the risk of knee, ankle, and leg injuries that are too common in WBB. More generally, our sneakers fit you better because of our:
